Pulverizer (primary demolition)

Crunching of the structures (primary demolition) is only the first phase in demolition works: it is so much important recycling and pulverizing into small fragments the concrete blocks coming from primary demolition to make easier loading and carriage.

Mantovanibenne MCP Pulverizers represent an ideal tool for this kind of works allowing moreover the separation of the fragments. MCP Pulverizers allow the separation of the reinforcing rod from the concrete structure.

This is a very important operation as the crushed concrete can be directly recycled as building material for refill of road building material while the reinforcing bars can be totally recovered.

The MCP line has replaceable cutting blade to cut reinforcing steel.

MCP Pulverizers are extremely light and have a wide opening.

Pulverizer (secondary demolition)

The Mantovanibenne Pulverizer born for the secondary demolition, to separate or pulverizing into small fragments the concrete blocks to facilitate the loading and carriage of the material. The particular design makes the equipment extremely versatile either for the demolition on site and also for a medium high level demolition. MCPit is an evolution of MCP pulverizer. The new MCPit introduces more interesting characteristics: the plate is available in two different versions: one suitable for primary demolition and the other for secondary demolition.

In this way, the Pulverizer mouth can be adapted to the kind of work that has to be carried out. The plate replacement can be developed in short time. Once the plate has been changed, the MCP mouth is completely new.

This new solution avoid the continuous change of single teeth, reducing machine standstill. Furthermore, the mouth compactness make the crushing work more effective.
