RP line has replaceable cutting blades to cut reinforcing steel.

Rotating Pulverizer Rpit

RPit is the RP rotating pulverizer evolution, with a new characteristic: a plate completely interchangeable. The Rotating Pulverizer RPit is excellent for both primary and secondary demolition applications. The structure is manufactured using the most innovative, light and resistant steel, with the highest possible wear resistance.

A high performance cylinder exerts an extraordinary force to the tool to face every possible situation. The 360° standard hydraulic rotation allows a perfect positioning, perfect and effective.The plate is available for primary demolition (1 front tooth); in this way, the Pulveriser jaw can be adapted to the kind of work that has to be carried out.

The replacement of the plate can be done in a short time. Once the plate has been changed, the RPit jaw is a new pulverizer.

This new solution avoids the continuous change of single teeth, reducing the machine standstill. Furthermore, the jaws’ compactness makes the crushing work more effective.
