Now, you can choose a warranty that matches your needs, based on how you'll use your new Komatsu machine.

You don’t use your machines always the same way. For example, you have two same-model excavators: one used to demolish buildings and the other to trench soft earth. In conclusion, totally different working conditions request different strain and wear! So, the idea behind the Flexible Warranty is: You can select one that matches your application.

MARCOM gives you a broad choice of warranty options
Our Flexible Warranty is based on two factors: coverage levels and lengths.

The coverage level options are:

  1. full coverage
  2. full coverage, parts only
  3. power line, full coverage
  4. power line, parts only
Lengths range from 1,500 hrs / 12 months up to 6,000 hrs / 48 months. And special extended lengths up to 10,000 hours / 72 months are available for our large production machines.
